WHAT IS THE
Volotea Cadet Program?
It is an all-encompassing, competency-based MPL (Multi-Crew Pilot License) program designed for aspiring pilots looking to embark on a career in commercial aviation. Once completed, cadets will become well-prepared and competent A320 First Officers with Volotea, a fast-growing low-cost airline connecting small and mid-sized cities across Europe.
The Volotea Cadet Program training covers theory, flight training on single-engine aircraft, and multi-engine flight training on FNPT device, as well as aircraft type-specific full flight simulator training. Successful applicants will receive an offer of employment from Volotea prior to the start of their training, allowing them to step directly into a thriving airline that prioritizes operational efficiency and customer service excellence.

Ground school:
Vilnius, Barcelona or Paris
It is a theoretical part of your training that you can complete in one of the following locations: Lithuania, Spain, or France.
The ground school in Spain is in Barcelona, making it convenient for students to complete theory and flight training in the same country.
The ground school in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, is just next to the BAA Training simulator training center and a few bus stops from the buzz of the beautiful old town.
The ground school in Paris, located near the buzzing Paris-Orly International Airport, is located at our simulator training center, boasting some of the most modern full flight simulators.
Flight school:
Lleida-Alguaire
You will practice on Cessna and Tecnam types of aircraft and an FNPT II device.
Notre principale base de vol se trouve en Espagne, à l'aéroport international de Lleida-Alguaire. Il s'agit d'un lieu pratique doté d'une infrastructure développée et d'un climat propice à la formation tout au long de l'année.
58 Cessna 172S aircraft are scheduled to be operational by 2026.
Qualification de Type:
Vilnius ou Barcelone
Vous obtiendrez votre formation à la qualification de type dans l'un de nos centres de formation sur simulateur - à Vilnius (Lituanie) ou à Barcelone (Espagne).
Le centre de formation de Vilnius est équipé de trois A320, de simulateurs de vol B737 NG, B737 CL, de kits FNPT II, APT et VR.
Le centre de formation de Barcelone est équipé d'A320ceo, A320ceo/neo, B737 MAX FFS, A320 FTD Level 2, B737 MAX FTD Level 2 (2022) et de kits VR.
Les deux installations disposent de salles de classe modernes, de salles de briefing, d'un salon spacieux pour se reposer et d'une salle à manger.

en plus d'être instructeurs, ils travaillent comme pilotes de ligne/contrôleurs ATC/capitaines d'entraînement en ligne/TRI ou TRE.
vous aideront à acquérir une expérience multiculturelle car ils viennent de différents pays, tels que la France, la Grèce, l'Allemagne, les Pays-Bas, la Suisse, l'Espagne, etc.
sont titulaires au minimum d'une licence ou d'une maîtrise dans les domaines concernés, voire sont des scientifiques en ingénierie ou en économie titulaires d'un doctorat.
