The ground school training consists of computer-based training (CBT), theory, and CPT sessions. During the theory part, 4 tests and a final examination have to be passed.

B737 NG simulator training takes place in a high-fidelity full flight simulator and a fixed-base simulator. Each FFS session consists of 4 hours of flight training for a two-pilot crew. The training spans a minimum of 13 days and alternates between Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring duties. Two skill tests are completed during this stage—one by day and one by night.

The Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course provides you with realistic training in operating multi-pilot, multi-engine airplanes under IFR conditions.
JIC is the training program that provides you with a smooth transition from piston engine aircraft to jet airline operations. During the course, you will develop pilot handling skills, gain special awareness of the jet environment, and practice for an airline simulation assessment.
