Cross-crew qualification (CCQ) is an Airbus term used to define the process whereby a pilot qualified on one Airbus aircraft type can fast-track their qualification process for another Airbus aircraft type. Specifically, this applies to transitioning from A330 to A320, or vice versa. Learn the differences between the base aircraft and the different aircraft to increase your job opportunities.

CCQ TRAINING program structure
The program consists of 24 hours of computer-based training (CBT), 4 hours of course review, 12 hours of full flight simulator training, and a skill test.
