PPL

The Private Pilot License (PPL) training is an introduction to aviation. After completion, you will gain the privilege to fly a single-engine piston aircraft privately for non-commercial purposes. Later, you might want to continue your training in general aviation aircraft, obtaining additional ratings and/or licenses.

Why Choose
PPL?

Acquiring a private pilot license enables you to operate a small aircraft independently. Many pursue this license for recreational or sports purposes or to save time by avoiding traffic congestion. Some use the PPL as a starting point for a more serious pursuit in aviation.

Fly worldwide

If you buy or rent an EASA-registered airplane, there will be no limitations on where you can fly. However, keep in mind the customs and immigration requirements of different countries before entering their airspace. How about flying to your favorite place in Europe, North America, or maybe the Caribbean?

Share the expenses

Although you cannot receive payment for flying, you can share the expenses with your passengers, reducing your financial burden. According to EASA and national civil aviation authorities, direct flight fees like fuel, rental fees, an airfield charges can be divided among a maximum of six people on board, including the pilot.

Become an instructor

As your aviation career progresses, you might consider obtaining your flight instructor certification (FI), especially if you enjoy sharing your knowledge. As a certificated flight instructor, you can build flight experience quickly to meet airline and corporate hiring minimums.

Next goal – commercial pilot

You may treat your PPL as the first milestone to becoming an airline pilot. More time and financial resources are required to obtain a CPL, so PPL is an excellent option for those who want to test the waters before committing.
