• Four simulator centers: Lithuania, France, Spain, and Vietnam
• A flight school in Lleida-Alguaire, Spain
• A representative office in Dubai, UAE
• Three consultancy centers in India: New Delhi, Mumbai, and Gurugram

Inside the BAA Training Lithuania

Part of BAA Training’s 280+ team members is based in Lithuania, and the Vilnius location is where it all comes together:

• Headquarters (HQ), located in the same building as several sister aviation companies
• A dedicated ground school for theoretical knowledge (Building B)

• A nearby simulator center, easily accessible to theory-phase students who can observe training of those in more advanced stages, visualize their own path ahead and get inspired (Building A)
• An additional building across the road serving as another simulator zone (Building C)

What Can You Actually Train for Here?

BAA Training Lithuania offers a wide range of aviation training programs tailored to different career paths in the aviation industry.

Initial Training

If you’re just getting started with your commercial pilot license (CPL), BAA Training offers the theoretical portion of initial training at its ground school in Vilnius (building B). Main available programs include:

• ATPL Integrated
• CPL Modular
• Cadet programs, including BAA Training’s own, the Volotea MPL Cadet Program, and the Indian Cadet Program, among others
• PPL – ideal for those intending to fly small aircraft recreationally or privately

Flight training takes place at our base in Lleida-Alguaire,Spain — and if you prefer everything in one location, both theory and practice can be completed there as well.

Type Rating and Related Courses

In the simulator center (located in buildings A and C), students can continue expanding their qualifications by completing Type Rating for the aircraft of their choice:

• Airbus A320
• Boeing B737 NG
• Boeing B737 CL + Differences to NG

Additional Type Ratings can also be arranged through our international partners.

Beyond Type Ratings, the following advanced training courses can be completed:

• LPC (License Proficiency Check)
• MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation), APS MCC (Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation), UPRT (Upset Prevention and Recovery Training)
• TRI (Type Rating Instructor) courses

Cabin Crew Training

But it’s not all just pilots — we also deliver initial and recurrent Cabin Crew Training. Fun fact: Cabin Crew training takes just two weeks. Many assume it’s much longer, but it’s quick and highly focused.

Simulator Fleet and Equipment

• 5 Full Flight Simulators: 3x A320, 1x B737 CL, 1x B737 NG

• A320 Flat Panel Trainer (FPT)
