Marketing Project Manager

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover: 

• ​​Develop, execute, and oversee innovative marketing projects from conception to completion; 

• ​Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project goals align with company objectives; 

• ​Manage timelines, resources, and budget allocations for projects; 

• ​Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to adjust marketing plans as needed; 

• ​Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations; 

• ​Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates our unique value proposition effectively;​ 

• Working according to approved company processes; 

• Participating in daily meetings based on Lean principles; 

• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals; 

• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager. 

We dream about a team member who: 

• ​​Has bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field; 
• ​Has at least 2 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of managing marketing projects successfully; 
• ​Has hands-on experience in at least 1 area of marketing (i.e. PPC, SEO, Content); 
• ​Has strong leadership skills and experience with cross-functional team collaboration; 
• ​Has excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills; 

• ​Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including CRM platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems;​ 

• Has ​excellent​skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has basic conceptional computer literacy; 

• Can work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership; 

• Knows how to manage several complex projects at once; 

• Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills; 

• Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise; 

• Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level; 

• Is flexible with good time management skills; 

• Has respectful and positive attitude; 

• Wants to learn every day and thinks aviation could be the love of one`s life.
