ATPL TKI (Full-Time Position)

A comprehensive list of EASA approved training programs and extensive experience on the market allow us to meet the training needs of the global aviation.
At the moment we are looking to grow our team of experienced and qualified full time Theoretical Knowledge Instructors for Initial Pilot training in Lleida, Spain.
Our instructors:
• Conduct ATPL/PPL theory training according to legal and company’s standards;
• Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs;
• Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses;
• Maintain accurate records of student progress. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
To be successful you should have:
• At least one year of ATPL teaching experience or completion of an instructional techniques course (e.g. Teaching&Learning; Train the Trainer; FI course);
• Pilot license or equivalent qualification (e.g. relevant aviation diploma);
• ICAO English level 5 or higher;
• EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit;
