At the moment we are looking for experienced and qualified Theoretical Knowledge Instructors for Initial Pilot trainings.
Our instructors:
• Conduct ATPL/PPL theory training according to legal and company’s standards;
• Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs;
• Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses;
• Maintain accurate records of student progress. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
To be successful you should have:
• At least one year of ATPL teaching experience and completion of an instructional techniques course (e.g. Teaching&Learning; Train the Trainer; FI course)
• Pilot license or equivalent qualification (e.g. relevant aviation diploma)
• ICAO English level 5 or higher
• EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit
