Chief Financial Officer

We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer to take ownership of our financial strategy and operations across a complex, fast-moving international setup. You’ll be responsible for guiding financial decisions across multiple entities in: Lithuania, Spain, France, Ireland, India, and Vietnam finances operation. Each entity with its own local regulatory environment, tax structure, and operational model.

You’ll play a central role in steering the business through financial complexity while ensuring transparency, compliance, and smart planning. This includes regular reporting to our parent company, Avia Solutions Group, which brings another layer of oversight and collaboration. It’s a role that requires strategic thinking, sharp execution, and the ability to make confident decisions in a dynamic environment

• Lead the development of financial strategy aligned with the company’s goals and international footprint.
• Contribute to company-wide strategic decisions as a core member of the leadership team.
• Guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across all legal entities.
• Supervise the finance team and drive its development, structure, and performance.
• Review the current Finance department’s structure, clarify roles and responsibilities, and implement improvements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the company’s financial health through effective treasury, cash flow, and risk management.
• Manage international tax planning and compliance in line with each country’s legal requirements and the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee debt facilities, terms of trade, foreign currency exposure, and risk mitigation across jurisdictions.
• Oversee financial reporting processes and maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Collaborate with the parent group (Avia Solutions Group) on regular and ad-hoc financial reporting.
• Partner with other departments and business line owners to support business decisions with clear financial insights.
• Work with internal IT systems to ensure finance processes run smoothly and data is reliable.
• Ensure financial operations follow company policies and approved processes.
• Take responsibility for achieving both short-term and long-term financial and departmental goals.

We dream about a team member who:

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity and multi-country financial operations.
• Experience working with reporting structures to a parent group or corporate headquarters.
• Solid command of tax, treasury, and risk management topics in an international setting.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 and financial systems.
• Able to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
• Hands-on, practical mindset, willing to dig into details when needed.
• High professional integrity, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach.
