Flight Instructor

We are BAA Training, one of the TOP 3 largest independent aviation training centers in Europe. At the moment we are looking for experienced Flight Instructors to join our team in Lleida, Spain and help prepare the next generation of aviators.

Your responsibilities:

· Provide hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching fundamental flying skills, maneuvers, and procedures;

· Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs;

· Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations;

· Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses;

· Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours, and instructional activities. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner;

· Stay current with aviation regulations and ensure that all training activities adhere to applicable laws and standards set by aviation authorities.

 

To be successful you should have:

· Valid EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) License;

· Valid EASA 1st Class Medical Certificate;

· Valid Unrestricted FI(A) rating;

· ICAO English level 5 or higher;

· EU work permit;

· More than 200 flight instruction hours.

Good to have:

· IRI(A) rating;

· More than 500 flight instruction hours for IFR phase.
